Domestic Orders (USA)

Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. Please inspect your purchase right away. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unused products within 30 days.  Contact mchess@marisequi.com for return authorization. The buyer pays for return shipping so know your size and pay attention to the size chart.

Try on your products right away. If you have an issue with fit or quality contact us within 30 days. We recommend measuring your waist size before ordering with a tape. Do not rely on your jeans size for this info as jean measurements frequently shave off a few vanity inches. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Items must be returned in original condition. Worn or damaged items my be denied a refund.
When approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If there is any problem with your refund, contact us right away at mchess@marisequi.com

Close Out Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately close out items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Orders (Outside the USA)

International shipping from the USA is very expensive, so please consider your sizing carefully. We accept international returns and exchanges however we do not cover shipping.
